Hello! I 'm Catherine DeVos,
Certified Holistic Nutritionist...
...and lover of good healthy food!
After many years of cooking for myself and my family, I am now available for hire as a Personal Chef!
My specialty is preparing whole, plant-based meals for you and your family, sometimes with a traditional focus, but most of all, meals that cater to you and your tastes.
Are you looking for authentic Mexican? Do you love Asian cuisine? Are you a Vegetarian? No problem. Are you looking to eat more "plant-based" but just not sure how to go about it? You’ve come to the right place...I can take your favorite recipes and tweak them to make them a ton more healthy by changing just a few ingredients.
Want to lose a bit of weight? I’ve been down that road and can help you there too! I can help you incorporate fresh green smoothies into your diet to help you increase your energy and lower your calorie intake.

More and more busy singles and families are looking for help in the kitchen! I offer chef services that can be weekly or monthly, and customized to suit your needs, budget and taste bud!

NUTRITIONAL CONSULTATIONS
Generally, Holistic Nutritionists dislike "diets", we prefer to talk about healthy meal plans. Do you want to eat healthier but not sure how to start? I can guide you and help you create daily meal plans that include well balanced, nutritionally sound lunches, dinners, soups, snacks, etc.

Sit back, relax and enjoy the meals I prepare for you! This is a hands-off service where I will do all the cooking.
I always clean up after, however, if you prefer I focus on meal prep and you would rather clean up... just let me know!!
